Service Description

This is a self-guided 8 week workout plan. The split includes 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days. Lower body days include glutes, hamstrings, quads, and calves and the upper body days include a push day (chest, shoulders, triceps) and a pull day (back and biceps). You will be invited to the TrainHeroic app once you purchase this plan and Abbie will add you the program to your calendar!
